NullableString Operators

Addition Operator	Concatenates the two specified NullableString structures.
Equality Operator	Compares two instances of NullableString for equivalence.
Explicit NullableTypes.NullableBoolean to NullableTypes.NullableString Conversion	Overloaded. Converts the NullableBoolean parameter to a NullableString structure.
Explicit NullableTypes.NullableByte to NullableTypes.NullableString Conversion	Overloaded. Converts the NullableByte parameter to a NullableString structure.
